Do our members need Moment+?
No. Members join your Hub on the free tier. The organisation pays for the Hub; members post their one moment a day as usual.
Can we keep it fully private?
Yes. Private Hubs are invite-only and invisible in search. Members' moments posted to the Hub stay inside it.
Does it replace our group chat?
It replaces the parts that were broken: the flood, the lost RSVPs, the 'who's actually coming'. DMs still exist for the rest.
When is it available?
Organisational Hubs launch alongside the closed beta in select cities. Talk to us and we'll tell you where you are on the list.
